Self-Tape & Coaching
All-In-One: DSLR, Mounted-Mic, Soft Box Lighting, 2 Backdrops. We provide not only a reader but also real-time coaching by a working actor to help you stand out with distinct acting choices, with scene revision, editing & uploading included in the hour.
$70/Hour
Acting Coaching
Need coaching prior to an audition or self-tape? Artéfakt helps you with script analysis, character development and making strong choices in order to enrich your performance so you can stand out in your tape, in-person or online!
$60/Hour
Online Coaching
Got your own set up? Looking for a more affordable service? Book us online! When you need coaching prior and/or during taping or simply require a remote reader, do so from the comfort of your self-tape room.
$50/Hour
Booking & Cancellation Policy
By appointment and per availability only. Since your coach is a working actor, appointments are subject to last-minute cancellations. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Cancelled appointments by the performer are not refundable with less than a 24 hour notice.

1. Book Online & Pay
Click the booking button below, select your preferred day, time, duration and proceed to payment online to reserve your self-tape recording session.
2. Confirmation & Tips
Receive a booking confirmation email, including a “How to get ready for my self-tape” checklist and instructions on how to get to our studio.
3. Show Up & Shine
Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to settle in, change and add the finishing touches before we start recording.
4. Edit & Ship!
Once you’re satisfied with your work, we review your takes during your session, edit on the spot and deliver it to your agent or yourself instantly.

Meet The Founder ;

Magalie has always had a keen eye for the performing arts. Hailing from Québec city Magalie is an actress, acting coach, director, writer & producer.
At the age of 19, she takes the bull by the horns and moves to Toronto to study theatre at the George Brown Theatre School setting high goals of making a breakthrough in the English-speaking industry.
Having to constantly submit self-tape auditions for multiple projects, Magalie developed an expertise in this domain that brought her to create her own professional self-tape set up and inviting her fellow actor friends to profit from her experience and help them refine their auditions.
Magalie has practical experience in assisting actors with character development as she directed 4 stage productions in recent years. Under her guidance, many actors are getting the call backs and obtain the roles they are hoping for!
So it is with great enthusiasm that Magalie ventures into this complementary facet of her career by helping her fellow actors grow and reach their full potential. Hard work and discipline is what Magalie believes are the most important elements actors must embody to be successful!
In choosing her company’s name she kept in mind that Art stands for Creativity and Imagination, while Fakt grounds one in Reality. Therefore, we present to you ARTÉFAKT; a place where actors can evolve, gain confidence and put themselves out there in their brightest light.
